Study in the UK

Around 120 Cambodian students go to study in UK Universities each year.

Some students come to the UK as part of the Chevening Scholarship programme. Funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner organisations, Chevening offers two types of award – Chevening Scholarships and Chevening Fellowships – the recipients of which are personally selected by British Embassies and High Commissions throughout the world. The programme provides a great opportunity for Cambodia’s exceptional young talent to experience living and studying in the UK and then to apply their learning back in Cambodia.
